Position Overview

We are seeking a curious, driven and entrepreneurial Account Associate with a passion for digital marketing. This entry level role supports the Account team in delivering against the client’s vision. They contribute to daily interactions with the client helping synthesize needs and disseminating the information across internal teams for activation. They support the creation of scoped deliverables- surfacing relevant research, aggregating key insights from discovery and developing narratives to convey findings. They are responsible for identifying key areas of opportunity for the organization both internal and client-facing.

An Associate of Accounts

  • Can articulate work stream progress and identify opportunities or risks to complete the work 
  • Distill and synthesize research findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develops relationships with internal and external teams to help drive the project forward efficiently and effectively
  • Supports the internal team providing organization and guidance to ensure quality delivery of key outputs 

Position Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in related field: MBA a plus
  • 2+ years of Agency, MarTech/AdTech or brand experience
  • Experience supporting, managing and/or implementing strategies around data, technology or change management solutions a plus 
  • Ability to take initiative and work in collaboration with internal team as well as external partners (brands, agencies and platforms)
  • Strong commitment to successfully manage projects across various functional teams and meeting timelines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Position Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for work stream tasks, output development and delivery (internal and external) - developing relationships with targeted stakeholders inside client, agency and technology organizations
  • Develop a deep level of trust across internal disciplines and contributing to the success of the work stream delivery 
  • Assist in the development of client-facing deliverables including, but not limited to:
  • presentations
  • project roadmaps
  • research and thought leadership 
  • process documentation
  • status reports, etc.
  • Work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager in the discovery process, executing evaluations and research projects
  • Discovery guides: stakeholder research, industry research, identifying connections to other interviews
  • Industry research: leveraging all available resources to gain a deep understanding of topic 
  • Artifact distillation: synthesizing findings gleaned from client-provided documents, diagrams, reports, etc.
  • Key themes: distill findings from discovery (research, artifacts, interviews) into comprehensive themes
  • Lead client and internal status calls and oversee status documentation and discussion follow ups 
  • Partner with the account lead to monitor project pacing, recommend adjustments to balance workload and execute billing
  • Support the Project Manager (PM) in their responsibilities leveraging and becoming an expert in manipulating project management tools
  • Assist the PM with coordination and scheduling of internal/external meetings
  • Help maintain, inform and improve upon internal process flows and governance
  • Help drive internal operational initiatives 
  • Grow and maintain knowledge of Marketing technology systems, analytics frameworks, data strategy principles and change management models
  • Play an active role in supporting advancement of Transparent internal goals to educate and advance our collective expertise
